This report summarizes research conducted by the FrameWorks Institute and the BRAC Institute of Educational Development. It compares and contrasts the expert science of ECD in Bangladesh with how members of the public, those who work in the ECD sector, and leaders at ready-made-garment factories understand and think about children’s early development.  In the process, it identifies a series of key communications challenges and presents a set of initial strategies to address those challenges.
