Nico Connolly

Nico Connolly is a Principal Strategist in the Research Interpretation and Application unit at the FrameWorks Institute. Since joining FrameWorks in 2022, he has led reframing and narrative change workshops for nonprofit and government leaders, offering strategic communications guidance to practitioners, advocates, and policymakers nationwide. Previously, Nico served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships at America’s Promise Alliance, where he spearheaded Every School Healthy—an initiative aimed at shifting the narrative around healthy schools to incorporate mental health and whole child wellbeing.
