Kindy Insouvanh is a Senior Quantitative Researcher at FrameWorks Institute. She holds an MA in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MA in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota. Currently, she is a doctoral candidate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, focusing on young adults’ experiences with collective action for racial justice. As a developmental psychologist, Kindy’s prior research examined the role of early social experiences in the development of racial biases in children and how young adults’ attitudes and interactions with peers influence their reasoning about social change strategies. Additionally, she brings valuable experience from her work as an advocate and evaluator of programs that support healthy early childhood development. Her work has been published in the Journal of Research on Adolescence and Behavioral and Brain Sciences.
