she/her
Helen Fogarty is a communications and policy professional with extensive experience across a diverse range of government departments – including housing, planning, environment, and trade – as well as local governments and not-for-profits. Over the past decade, her work has focused on advancing the wellbeing of Australian children and families through strategic communications roles with the National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN) and, more recently, with the Thriving Queensland Kids Partnership. In these roles she’s become an avid framing enthusiast, actively embedding FrameWorks Institute research into the organisations’ work, and promoting the importance of framing more broadly across the community and to anyone who will listen.
Helen lives and works on the lands of the Turrbal and Jagera people in Meanjin/Brisbane, Australia.
